Homecoming Fun

One perk about living on Main Street is not having to travel to watch a parade.  Grantsville High School's Homecoming parade was a little soggy this year so friends and neighbors came to cheer on the Cowboys under our shady trees where it was dry.  We have some great friends!  Here are our kids with the Skaug's and the Hancock's waiting for the parade to start.
Grantsville Cowboy's Football team - they won their game.
Then a week or so later since Kaylea jumped ship and decided to go to Stansbury High School instead of Grantsville, we went to watch her in the Stansbury Homecoming parade.  It was the same day as Quincy's sports day at school so she was dressed in very appropriate BYU attire.
It was very hot and sunny for this parade, so the kids had a hard time keeping their eyes open for a picture.

Kaylea was a Homecoming princess (she is on the far right).  The girls were disappointed that she wasn't in a fancy dress for the parade.
