Spring Break Stay-cation

Spring break started with a Saturday Easter egg hunt in Lee and Tricia's back yard.
Peter, Lily, Corban

The hunt was so successful that Andrew and Dallin found dogs as their prizes!
Too bad Dallin didn't keep his Fin prize. :)
Front to back:
Lily, Gabby, Parlee, Lewis, Ed, Quincy, Brigham, Peter, Corban,
Mallory, McKenna, Emi, Andrew, Dallin.

Bump couldn't take much time off of work during spring break, but he did take one day and we spent it in downtown Salt Lake City with the kids.  Our first stop was the newly renovated Church History Museum.  It was so fun!  Their is a movie about the First Vision in surround that makes you feel like you are right there in the Sacred Grove with Joseph Smith.
Here the kids are trying what it's like to be a scribe for Joseph Smith when he translated the Book of Mormon.

A close up of the Angel Moroni that is on the temples around the world

Feeling what it's like to stand behind the pulpit of the conference center to give a talk in General Conference.  They look pretty good!

Leaving the Church History Museum with their new baby pillow pets from the gift shop.

 Gabby, Quincy, and Corban

After leaving the museum we walked over to City Creek to do some window shopping, have lunch, and of course to see the trout swimming in the indoor river.

Corban had to try on this cool Star Wars jacket at the Disney Store. It it wasn't $65 then we may have bought it for him.  He sure looks good in it!

We ended our fun staycation at the movies watching Zootopia.  Spring break was fun!

Gabby gets braces

Good morning Sunshine!  Today's the day Gabby's teeth change forever!  She's pretty excited!

Waiting for them to call her back.

Bands and brackets are on, just waiting for the wires.

Still smiling!  They are on and now we wait for all the amazing changes to happen!

Before and After getting her braces on.  Thank goodness for tax returns!

Seussical the Musical at Centerville Elementary

Centerville Elementary put on Seussical the Musical this year and luckily all 3 of the kids were in it!
Here is a picture from dress rehearsal with all of them on stage together.

Corban was a jungle animal, Quincy was the Baby Kangaroo, and Gabby was a bird girl

 Parlee was Gertrude McFluff

Gabby and her friend Lilly (she was a Who Citizen)

Our friends, the Hancock's, came to opening night from Grantsville.

Corban loved his tiger makeup!

The funnest thing about the play was that they got to do it with so many cousins!

Grandma and Grandpa Williams loved the play so much that they came twice to see it!

Starting the year off right - January Fun

New Year's Eve was very casual hanging out with Jared and Casi and their family and being lazy.
Happy New Year!

Lee and Trish took their kids to South Africa for Christmas this year so we watched Bokkie for them. Even the dogs had a lazy new year.

We got free tickets to the BYU vs Utah gymnastics meet.  So we went with Jared and Casi and their kids. It was fun, but BYU lost.

Quincy with a random selfie.

After Lee and Trish got home from Summer in South Africa they needed to play in the snow for a bit. They made a large caterpillar in the front yard.

In January McKenna got her mission call to the England Manchester Mission.  She leaves on May 10th for the Provo MTC.  She will be here for Dallin's wedding!

This winter we got some pretty amazing snow storms!

Gabby will be turning 12 this year so she was invited to New Beginnings for Young Women's.  They welcome the incoming Beehives that will turn 12 during this year.  She and Parlee will both be going into Young Women's together!  It's crazy to me that she will be 12 soon!
